How to place order?To place an order on Indian Triology's online store, 1) Simply add your desired products to the cart. 2) Open the cart from the top right corner of the page and click on the checkout button. 3) Fill in the essential information in their respective fields. 4) Click next and pay through UPI (RazorPay payments gateway) 5) You will need to review your details before you place order. 6) Once the review is done and your payment is successful, you'll get an email of confirmation of your order on your registered email address. At Indian Triology, we strive to make the online ordering process simple, secure and hassle-free for our customers. In case of any trouble regarding the order or not getting an confirmation email even after the payment is made, please wait for about 10 minutes. Even after ten minutes you don't get the email, please write us about the issue on info@indiantriology.com with essential order information.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?Once you have successfully placed your order on www.Indiantriology.com, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email id within the next 5 to 10 minutes. How does .PNG file work & Where can I use them?Our PNG files are compatible with a wide range of editing software and platforms. You can simply drag and drop our PNG files onto your desired picture or layer in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video/photo editing software. Additionally, you can import them on your cellphone and use them with Instagram stories to make your stories stand out. Will these Adobe Photoshop/LR presets work the same on my photos as it's shown in the product photos?All the photos in the gallery and the product's photos, are edited with the same presets. However, it is import that you understand few key factors before you make the purchase. 1) Shooting method DO NOT BUY OUR PRESETS if you're shooting only .JPG. It is important to shoot in raw format (regardless the camera brand) to attain optimum results. 2) Exposure It is important that photographer take pictures a bit underexposed. (Do not overexpose) All our presets works the best with the underexposed pictures. 3) White Balance & Tint Photographer must take not of white balance and tint while they take photos. If you're shooting with Auto White Balance, then you might need to correct both these parameters in post production after applying our presets. 4) General Tweaks User must understand that shooting conditions may vary place to place. Ambiance lighting, clothing, Shooting settings can play major roll in making the final product. Hence, user may have have to change few settings as per their taste. 5) Gears We have created these presets using Sony Alpha Mirror-less Camera. It is expected to work great with Sony mirror-less camera. However, any mirror-less camera with the correct shooting method will also get the similar results. We usually do not recommend DSLR user to buy our presets.

What if I have a DSLR camera and not a Mirror-less camera. Will the presets still work the same?Users need to understand one key factor 'Dynamic Range'. We do not recommend DSLR users to purchase our presets. If you're still considering buying our presets, please understand that you may not get desired results and you may also have to tweak a bit too much.

Do I need to have certain settings on my camera to make these presets work?Certainly. You must have to take photos in raw file format (regardless camera make) in order to achieve optimum end results. It is also important that you shoot a little underexposed photos. We also recommend that users must use modern Mirror-less Camera for the best output.
